Sports Hypnosis
Any athlete will have to confess that at some point in their sports path, the mental aspect held them back in their performance. This can be due to limiting beliefs such as "I am not good enough", "I am not able to do this", "What if I mess up?" and the list goes on. Top athletes have realised this and have started investing in their mental strength. Some of these vocal athletes include Tiger Woods, Serena Williams, Kobe Bryant, Christiano Ronaldo, Simone Biles, Tom Brady and the list goes on. Maybe it is time to invest time and effort in the mental side of your sport through sports hypnosis?
Sport Understanding
As a freediver, I have used hypnosis techniques to increase my relaxation which subsequently has allowed me to reach a depth of 47m in one breath. I have also extensively practised 5 sports.

I have helped athletes from many sports including national record freedivers and youth Tottenham football players.
Personal Care
I believe that each athlete has their own specific worries that hinder their progress and subsequently their enjoyment. This is why I tailor the coaching to better suit their needs.
