Approach to cognitive hypnotherapy
My approach is that there is nothing you can say in the session that will make me stop having unconditional understanding and compassion. I think that anyone who decides to have therapy is doing one of the bravest things that can be done.
My aim is to show that you already have all the capabilities to get over your worries and that you can have control over how you feel.
What can you expect?

1:1 Sessions
Some problems only require one or two sessions, but for most, a course of between three and eight sessions is sufficient for you to achieve your positive outcome.

Personalised Wordweaving Recording
The recorded audio (wordweaving) will help you see the positives YOU would like to see. It works by talking to your subconscious.

Personalised Techniques
We each have our own way of seeing the world. This view is shaped by our genetics and how we were brought up. We will find the bespoke techniques that resonate with you the most and use them.

Prices
A session costs £85/€100.
The first session is 70-80mins and subsequent sessions are 55mins (all priced the same).
This includes all costs such as the personalised audio recording.

Full Control
Hypnotic trance is not an altered state, but one that we enter naturally throughout our day. You are able to interact fully during the sessions and you have the control and choice of whether to participate or not with any part of it.
Unconditional
Understanding
Being in my 20s, I bring a unique perspective to cognitive hypnotherapy, connecting with young clients on today’s challenges while offering fresh insights for those further along in life. With a background in Electromechanical Engineering, I also understand the academic and professional pressures many face. My goal is to provide an environment of empathy and genuine support, wherever clients are in their journey.

Personal Care
I believe that it is my duty to prioritise my client's wellbeing. This is why I only choose to have up to 8 clients at any one time. This allows me to focus on their needs and they have my undivided attention.
How can wordweaving help?
Wordweaving uses aspects of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), developed by Richard Bandler and John Grinder, and the Milton model developed by Milton Erickson.
We have all noticed the powerful nature of words. How kind words can help a friend in a troubling situation and also how words of anger can fuel negative thought. The potential that words have is often overlooked.
Wordweaving aims to create suggestions that would result in the client seeing the world in a different way. This "different way" is totally unique to each individual needs and wants. Therefore, during the sessions, I ask questions to discover the changes that YOU want to see happening in your life. These changes are then "packaged" using hypnotherapeutic suggestions that are tailored to the way the client sees the world.
The recording is meant to be listened to every night before sleeping which will help you see the positive changes that are happening in your day-to-day life: even on days between sessions!
What sort of techniques do cognitive hypnotherapists use?
Techniques range from working within the context of the issue and working with the feeling itself. Each option has a time and place, but generally speaking, we incorporate both in the treatment process.
The foundational belief of cognitive hypnotherapy is that each client is unique so the therapy process will be different for each client.
For example, everyone generally experiences the world from these 4 representational systems: visual, kinesthetic, auditory, and through internal processing. We each have tendencies to prefer one or two of these representational systems and we use them to experience and interact with the world. The techniques that I will use and teach depend on the way that the client interacts with the world since they will be more proficient in using them.
Will I lose control during hypnosis?
No, you won't lose any control during hypnosis. This is a common misconception brought about mainly by stage hypnotists and movies. The state of hypnosis is not a "special" state, actually, it is very common in our day-to-day lives. It is a state of zoning out, and the client always has full control. You are always awake and are able to not participate in any part of therapy if you choose not to. No hypnotherapist can make you do something that you would not like to do! Even stage hypnotists!
